Product Details
Built for Targeted RF Shielding
This 100W GaN drone jamming module covers 1550–1620 MHz. It is made for drone countermeasure and signal shielding systems. The RF output uses an SMA female connector. An internal high-speed sweep source keeps the output active across the band.

Power and Control
The module runs on DC 24–29 V. Maximum current draw is 12.0 A. Efficiency is ≥40%. Switching is simple: +5 V or floating turns it on, while grounding turns it off.
Protection and Status
Output VSWR is ≤2.0. A built-in absorptive VSWR protection device helps guard the output stage. LEDs show power, overvoltage, and over-temperature status.
Size and Thermal Notes
The housing measures 168.5 × 84.5 × 23 mm and weighs 0.55 kg. Operating temperature is -20 to +65°C. Use a solid heatsink and keep airflow around the 100W GaN drone jamming module. Keep the RF path at 50 Ω.
Where It Fits
Typical uses include fixed anti-drone stations, mobile countermeasure units, and RF test setups. Check local regulations before transmitting. Shielding and jamming equipment can be restricted.
